Multiple Intelligences and College English Teaching

Howard Gardner'work around Multiple Intelligences has had a profound impact on thinking and practice in education worldwide. Multiple Intelligences' advocacy of individualized and learner-centered learning has changed greatly the traditional ways in teaching and learning. In this article, the authors attempt to articulate several teaching techniques and activities which have incorporated the study of multiple intelligences, learning styles and other language learning approaches, hoping to gain more understanding in English teaching and learning.
