Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin auxiliarily treating coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia. Methods From August 2010 to August 2012,94 cases with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital were selected as study objects and they were divided into the experimental group(48 cases) and control group(46 cases) according to the randomized double blind method, the control group was treated with simvastatin, the experimental group was treated with atorvastatin. Results The Improvement of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C index in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P0.05);the content of BNP in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P0.05);there was no statistical difference of the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin auxiliarily treating coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia can effectively reduce the blood lipid of patients, improve the clinical symptom of patients, and can be widely popularized in clinic.
