Study on Marriage of the CHAO Family of the Song Dynasty

On the basis of the textual research on a vast amount of relevant literature,the essay discusses the characteristics of the CHAO family's marriage in the Zhaode of the Song Dynasty.On one hand,the family marriage resulted partly out of its own regional factors,on the other hand,the comarriage with some other prestigous families contributed to the development of the Zhaode family.Mean-while,the family cultural accomplishment also plays an important role in the comarried families.Eventually,the families formed a circle invovling the bureaucrat and family members,which was important for the development and inheritance of the social culture then.
