Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Allocation Efficiency of Science and Technology Resources in Fujian Province

Referring to the efficiency value of Fujian's science and technology resources allocation,the paper chooses explanation variables from the structure and the social environment,and applies multiple-factor regression to quantitatively analyze the factors that affect the efficiency of science and technology resources allocation,and then locates the main factors.The paper provides the references for working out proper policies of science and technology resources allocation for Fujian Province.
