Abstract

Using C2R and C2GS2 models of DEA method,this paper has made the comparative evaluation and analysis of the efficiency of scientific and technological resources allocation in three aspects such as comparison between years from 1995 to 2006,comparison with some of domestic provinces and cities,comparison among cities in Fujian Province,so as to realize the current status of the efficiency of ST resources allocation in Fujian,to discover the existing problems and the causes and propose the countermeasures to optimize the allocation of scientific and technological resources.
