Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of cervical cancer with retention of urine after operation. Methods:Selecting 100 cervical cancer patients that have been operated on from our hospital as study objects, divided into control group(50 cases) and observation group(50 groups) in accordance with the random number table, the control group adopted conventional nursing service, the observation group adopted nursing intervention, comparing the two groups' occurrence rate of urinary retention after operation. Results:The occurrence rate of urinary retention of the observation group(8.00%)after operation is obviously lower than that of control group(46.00%),the two groups have statistical significance through comparison( 0.05).After pulling out the urine tube, the occurrence rate of urinary tract infection、residual urine volume、the urine tube retention time of the observation group is remarkably less than that of control group, the two groups have statistical significance through comparison( 0.05).Conclusion:The method of adopting nursing intervention on cervical cancer patients after operation can reduce the occurrence rate of urinary retention, improve the patients' life quality, deserves to be popularized and applied in clinical nursing work.
