Random Parallel Control Study Acupuncture Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

[Objective]Observation of acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,105 patients(outpatient)according to the method(see order number)were randomly divided into two groups.The control group,65 cases of diclofenac sodium double release of enteric capsules,75 mg/time 1 / d,oral.Treatment group,65 cases of acupuncture and moxibustion,find out Xuehai,Liangqiu,Xiyan,Yanglingquan,Yinlingquan,Zusanli,Taixi,Ashixue。After the patient supine,the conventional disinfection with 0.30 mm x 40 mm 30 filiform needle,stab l ～ 1.5 inches,with nourishing flat after much air purging method,after HT-2 comprehensive temperature needle,electric acupuncture therapeutic apparatus,cw,strength to of the patients tolerated for degrees,retaining needle for 20 minutes.1 / d.7 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 1 treatment course,judge curative effect.[Results]Treatment group cure 29 cases,23 cases were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,2 had no effect,the total effective rate was 96.92%.Control group cure 11 cases,7 cases had marked effect,14 cases effective,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 80.00%.The treatment group curative effect is better than the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion] Acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis,is worth promoting。
