Observation on Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with Ozone Injection(300 cases)

Objective To explore the effective treatment methods for knee osteoarthritis(OA).Methods 602 cases with knee joint osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups of treatment group with 300 examples and control group.The patients in treatment group were treated with knee joint cavity ozone infusion and oral celecoxib capsule for pain-stopping.The patients in control group were treated with oral celecoxib capsule or glucosamine hydrochloride combined with bone peptide injection and Lugua peptide injection static point treatment.The 1 year follow-up observation was studied.Results In treatment group,200 cases showed clinical cure,80 cases showed effectiveness,20 cases showed invalid,and the effective rate was 93.3%.In control group,20 cases showed clinical cure,49 cases showed effectiveness,233 cases showed invalid,and the effective rate was 39.4%.Conclusion Ozone perfusion method can be an effective method for knee osteoarthritis treatment,and it is worth clinical.
