STUDY ON DYNAMIC CHANGE AND ITS HUMAN DRIVING FORCES OF LAND USE IN THE RAPID URBANIZATION AREA OF FUZHOU CITY

Abstract

After analyzing the urbanization development and land use change in Fuzhou city between 1996-2004,searched for the internal relationship between them.Given that,some representative indexes were chosen to analyze the correlation of built-up land area and cultivated land area and their driving variables.Lastly,driving models have been established.The result showed:(1)the change of land use structure was obvious,the regional change of land use was large;(2)the increase of GDP per square kilometer,GDP and fixed investment was the dominating force causing the spread of built-up land;(3)cultivated land area change was mainly affected by built-up land impropriating,grain plants seeding area and the intensity of cultivated land protection policies.
