Abstract

Deng Xiaoping is not only the designer of reform and opening to the world,but also that of the legal system construction in our country.His thought on the leading cadres' legal education is an important part of the legal ideology.Deng Xiaoping's legal theories are very convincing in the aspects of aim,content and method,which are worthwhile for the people engaged in legal education nowadays to consult and use for reference.
