Abstract

Deng Xiaoping on democratic legal education discussion appears in different speech. He emphasizes the necessity to carry out the democratic legal system education,and expounds the dialectical relationship between strengthening democracy and improving the legal system complement each other. Finally,with a view to enhance the education effect,leading cadres from the first,establish the scientific standard of education,improve the education reality in many aspects including,has been clear about the new idea to promote the democracy and the legal system of education.
