Study on Resettlement Policy of Landless Peasants Base on the \'Agriculture in Conjunction Model \'in Tieling New and High-tech District

The research method adopted in this paper is consisted of combination data and investigation, through research, the conclusion was made that: occurrence of land-lost peasants was the inevitable result of urbanization and had positive meaning to economic and social development; the core of the problem of land-lost problems was the common marginalization inclination and poverty; occurrence of the above problems was the joint effect of system factor and factors relating to land-lost peasants themselves; key to solving the problem of land-lost peasants was to solve the development problem of land-lost peasants: it was an effective way to solve the problem of land-lost peasants to select developing-type resettlement mode. Also, policy suggestions for improving the situation, such as improving land expropriation system,aceelerating household registration system reform, including land-lost peasants in social security mechanism and establishing training mechanism for land-lost peasants were put forward.
