Abstract
As China's urbanization accelerating,large and medium-sized city of urban and rural joint,substantial agricultural land has been expropriated,lost-land peasants are increasing.This paper with the status of lost-land peasants and analysis of loss of rights,explores the underlying reasons of lost-land peasants for the lack of rights of lost-land peasants.And according to the actual situation of our country,it puts forward a solution to the plight of the recommendations of lost-land peasants.
