Abstract
The problem of social security for the land-lost peasants has been one of the social focuses.Constructing a set of social scurity arrangement systems for the land-lost peasants affects not only the urbanization course but also the peasants′ subsistence and development as well as social stabilization.Therefore it needs to design exercisable social security plans for the land-lost peasants and set up reasonable ways of raising money for social security fund based on reforming existing land requisition systems.Moreover the plans should research how to link up new and old arrangement systems.At the same time,local governments should enhance such works for the land-lost peasants as occupation education,skill training and so on.
