Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of by BiPAP for patients with COPD and tape Ⅱ respiratory failure.Methods Choice 128 cases with hypoxemia by COPD in our hospital from 2006.1 to 2009.6.were divided into BiPAP group and conventional therapy treatment group,the BiPAP group were treated by conventional therapy at the same time to use BiPAP,the conventional therapy treatment group were only treated by conventional therapy.After therapy, 128 cases' PaO2 was ascensus, PaCO2 were decreased.There were significance level of pH, PaO2 and PaCO2 between(P 0.05).Results After therapy, 28 cases' RR and HR were decreased, PaO2 and SaO2 were ascensus, PaCO2 were decreased.There were significance level of RR, HR, PaO2, SaO2 and PaCO2 between observation groups and control groups(P0.05).Conclusion COPD with tape Ⅱ respiratory failure treated by BiPAP is very safity and efficacy, it's worth to clinical application.
