Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of BiPAP in blood gas to the patients with Tape Ⅱ Respiratory Failure in emergency treatment. Methods Fifty-eight COPD patients with tape Ⅱ respiratory failure were randomly assigned into BiPAP group and conventional therapy treatment group, the BiPAP group were treated by conventional therapy at the same time to use BiPAP,the conventional therapy treatment group were only treated by conventional therapy. Results In BiPAP group:PaO2 were upgrade after 6 hours,PaCO2 were descend after 6 hours(P0.05),In conventional therapy group:PaO2 and PaCO2 were not significant deviation between pretherapy and post-treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Treated by BiPAP can tamelioration blood gas to the patients with tape Ⅱ respiratory failure in emergency treatment.
