Five Thing Soups in Siwu Decoction in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

[Objective] To observe the radix astragali cassia twigs Five Decoction and Siwu Decoction on the treatment of cervical spondylopathy.[Methods] The hospital treated 120 cases of patients with clinical classification,be five thing soups in Siwu Decoction medicament treatment,medication during attention winter shelter,light diet,avoid all on cervical adverse position,curative effect.Treatment of 2~ 4 weeks for 1 courses,1 after the end of treatment the curative effect.[Results] Cold and dampness type the total efficiency of 100.00%,qi stagnation and blood stasis type with an efficiency of 95.60% phlegm blocking collateral type,the total efficiency of 95.20%,the total efficiency of liver and kidney deficiency type 90.00%;nerve root type of spinal cord type total efficiency of 100.00%,the total efficiency of 91.60%,the total efficiency of 94.10% vertebral artery type,sympathetic nerve type the total efficiency of 95.30%,the total efficiency of 90.90% mixed type.[Conclusion] The radix astragali cassia twigs Five Decoction and Siwu Decoction on the treatment of cervical vertebra disease effect is reliable,and is valuable in clinical application and using for reference.
