White Peach Siwu Decoction and Fructus Scallions Pinellia Soup Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) and 40 Cases of Clinical Observation

[Objective]To observe the peach siwu decoction and fructus scallions white pinellia decoction curative effect of coronary heart disease. [Methods]The 40 cases of outpatient and inpatient peach siwu decoction and fructus scallions white pinellia decoction(Huangqi 40g,Danggui 20g, Gualou,Chishao 25g, Chuangxiong,Danshen, Taoren, Zhishi, Jiegeng, Gancao,Banxia each 15g, Honghua,Xiebai 10g), 1/d, boiling water 120 ml, oral sooner or later. 15 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram curative effect and adverse reaction. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [Conclusion]The clinical curative effect of 29 cases were markedly improved, effective 9 cases, 2 had no effect, the total effective rate was 95.00%. Ecg curative effect of 18 cases were markedly improved, improved in 7 cases, 15 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 62.50%.[Conclusion]Peach siwu decoction and fructus scallions white pinellia decoction has the significant effect of coronary heart disease(CHD), is worth promoting.
