The dominant and lead is essentially different.Leading must free up from the shadow of the dominant that it be hidden,so that the dominant can enhance its target,in order to make up for the defects of the traditional relationship between the dominant characteristics and diversity characteristics.Contemporary China can not be use the system of socialist core values to dominant the social trends of thought,but only to use the system of socialist core values to guide social trends of thought.The system of socialist core values guiding social trends of thought has two levels: firstly,to lead the field of socialist ideology.Secondly,to lead the field of non-socialist ideology.It must reflect the characteristics of the times of the humanistic spirit,the human characteristics of the spirit of the times and the agreement of the majority of people,and pay attention to the publicity of shame.
