Abstract
With the start of the reform and the practice of the open Policy, there has appeared a gnat change of the economic structure in China. This essay discusses the influence of the reform of the state-owned enterprise on the development Of China, and the change of the relationship between the government, enterprise, and employees with regard to social stability, bringing to light the bend of the development of the state-owned enterprise.
