Abstract
State-owned enterprise reform,as an important part of the whole economic system,is in company with establishing and improving the socialist market economic system and legal system with Chinese characteristics.Reviewing regulations and policies from the perspective of the experience of state-owned enterprise reform,is beneficial to promote the constouction process of the rule of law of state-owned enterprise reform.
