Studies on state-owned enterprise property right reform

Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, state-owned enterprise reform has been the focus of economic system reform all the time in China.This thesis proceeds from the problem of the state-owned enterprise,summarizes the experiences and lessons during more than 20 years,then uses this as a guide and mirror to explore the effective new paths approaching the reform of the state-owned enterprise.These main effective paths are: improving the system of property right and organizing the relations of property right of the state-owned enterprise,improving company governance based on social stability,and making every effort to advance and deepen the reform of the state-owned enterprise competently and constantly.
