Abstract
The ethanol extraction method was studied to extract total flavonoids from Apricot flower.By using single factor experiment, the optimum extraction process was optimized with orthogonal test, the influence of ethanol concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time and the ratio of solid to liquid. The optimum of the total flavonoids from Apricot flower were determined as follows: ethanol concentration is 60%, extraction temperature is 80 ℃, extraction time is 150 min, the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶30, the extraction quantity of total flavonoids 97.40%.
