Abstract
The solvent extraction of total flavonoids from lotus leaf, by single factor experiment of ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature and solid- liquid ratio on the yield of flavonoids. Orthogonal experiment to determine the best conditions for extraction of total flavonoids:ethanol concentration of 60%,the extraction time 1 h,extraction temperature70 ℃ and the solid- liquid ratio 1∶60. The study for the extraction process of total flavonoids provides a theoretical basis and technical parameters,to be used in industrial production.
