Abstract
PA6/ABS alloy compatibilized by SMA,SAMAH or SAMAA were prepared by using a twin screw extruder,the structure and properties were also characterized and studied.The results showed that the three compatibilizers could effectively compatibilize PA6/ABS alloy,improved the dispersion of ABS in PA6,and strongly increased the notched impact strength.The crystallinity and the crystallization rate of PA6/ABS were decreased according to DSC.It also showed that PA6/ABS blends were pseudo plastic fluid and the each compatibilizer improved the apparent viscosity of blends.
