Abstract
The influence of the resin grade and three compatibilizers on the mechanical performance and the compatibility of PA6/ABS blends were investigated. The experiment result indicated that high-viscosity PA6 greatly enhanced the impact toughness of PA6/ABS blends while high high-rubber content in ABS facilitated the improvement of impact properties at low temperature of the blends. All of the three compatibilizers(M-ABS,SMA and N-2#) were effective for PA6/ABS blends and improved the mechanical performance of the blends.
