Abstract
Objective:To investigate clinical effect on Parkinson disease with depression treated by xiaoyao powder. Methods:Treatment group and control group all take madopar(0.125~0.25g,three times a day)and Fluxetine capsule(20mg each time everyday)as the basic treatment. At the same time, treatment group add xiaoyao powder in the therapy. Results:Total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.7% and the controlgroup was 79.07%.By rank sum test, the difference of the both groups had statistical significance(U=2.019,P=0.0340.05).According to HAMD score, treatment group is obviously better than the control group in the both groups before and after treatment. Conclusion:Xiaoyao powder is effective in clinical treatment of Parkinson disease with depression.
