Abstract
Objective:To approach the therapeutic efficacy of TURBt combined with TURP for bladder transitional cell carcinoma with BPH.Methods:The clinical data of 33 cases of patients with bladder transitional cell carcinoma and BPH were retrospectively reviewed.Results:The follow-up period ranged from 6~40 months.Recurrence occurred 3 but no urelhral and prostatic implantation or metastases.Conclusion:TURBt combined with TURP for bladder transitional carcinoma wilh BPH is a sound lreatmem of choice.
