Abstract
In China,water resources are absent and it can't be rest to construct a water-saving society.Our country has gotten obvious effect on water-saving since the 80's of last century,however,a plenty of water needs to be used in Chinese agriculture,and the situation of water resources becomes serious increasingly with severe deterioration of agricultural drought and water shortage in the new period.Based on the research and experiments,by researching and analyzing the typical farmland,experimental zone and typical area in the Akesu river basin,the relation between the productive rate of moisture and irrigation benefit of crops in the irrigation area was concluded scientifically to obtain the optimum irrigation water quantity and irrigation times of the main crops in the irrigation area so as to supply scientific accordance for realizing the agricultural production with water saving and high performance.
