Abstract
Objective: To study the effects of limited debridement under arthroscopy of knee osteoarthritis.Methods: 62 cases 81 knees of knee osteoarthritis received limited debridement under arthroscopy from June 2005 to October 2009.The clinical data was collected and the therapeutic effects were analyzed.Results: All patients were followed up for 12 months to 36 months.28 cases were evaluated as excellent,39 as good,10 as fair and 4 as worse.The fineness rate was 82.7%.Conclusion: Limited debridement under arthroscopy of knee osteoarthritis can effective improve the patients' symptoms,significantly improve the patients' quality of life.
