Abstract
Objective To investigate the related factors influencing intrauterine insemination(IUI)pregnancy rate. Methods Information of 552 cycles of IUI in our reproductive medicine center was summarized and analyzed. The relationship between infertility type, age, fallopian tube, frequency of intrauterine insemination, scheme(natural cycle, promoted cycle), the number of forward-moving sperm and pregnancy rate were analyzed. Results In 552 cycles, 100 cycles resulted in pregnancy, and the pregnancy rate was 18.12%.Infertility type, age, frequency of intrauterine insemination were irrelevant to pregnancy rate(P 0.05); while the pregnancy rates of biateral tubal patency, the ovulation-promoted cycle and TMS≥10 × 106was higher(P 0.05). Conclusion For patients with biateral tubal patency and TMS ≥10 × 106, the pregnancy rate of the ovulation-promoted cycles was increased significantly.
