Abstract

Objective: To explore the relationship between C Reactive Protein(CRP) and insulin resistance in patients with Type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods:To explore the levels of serum CRP、fasting blood glouse(FPG)、insulin(FIns)、cholesterone(TC)、triglyceride(TG)、high density lipoprotein cholesterone(HDL-C)、glycohemeglobin(HbA1c) and body mass index(BMI)、insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) in patients with type 2 diabetes and normal control group, and analysis the relation between the two group. Results: The levels of serum CRP 、HbA1c 、Fins、TC、TG、FBG and HOMA-IR in patients with T2DM were significantly higher than that in normal control group(P0.05).Conclusions: The chronic inflammation may be the mechanism in both T2DM and atherosclerosis, and the important factor to lead insulin resistance、aposis of B cells. To test the serum CRP could learn the happen and development of insulin resistance and diabetes
