Three Seven Xiao Xianxiong Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease(Phlegm Heat and Blood Stasis)

[Objective] To observe three seven Xiao Xianxiong decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm heat and blood stasis) clinical efficacy.[Methods]60 patients were divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group oral isosorbide mononitrate capsule,aspirin effervescent tablets,atorvastatin treatment,the treatment group of 30 cases in the control group treated with Xiao Xianxiong decoction treatment three seven.Observation of angina symptoms integral,homocysteine level.By 1months to1 courses of treatment,after 1 courses of treatment to judge the curative effect.[Results] Before treatment,the treatment group and the control group of symptoms integral no difference;after the treatment,treatment group symptom score have significant differences,the control group had significant differences in symptom score;medication after 1 months,two groups of symptoms compared with a difference.[Conclusion] Three seven Xiao Xianxiong decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris curative effect satisfaction.
