Clincal research of treatment coronary heart disease(CHD) with isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets plus two reference pseudo-ginseng decoction

Objective To observe the isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets plus two reference pseudo-ginseng decoction Trichosanthes angina pectoris therapy.Methods Hospitalized patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two in the combination therapy group 68 cases and simple control group,68 cases of Chinese and Western Medicine.Two groups of patients were treated with Western medicine,the treatment group and traditional Chinese medicine on this basis,two reference pseudo-ginseng soup Trichosanthes treatment,mainly observed before and after treatment with angina pectoris and ECG changes.Results In the treatment group angina,electrocardiogram effect much better than the control group(P0.05).Conclusions Combining Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease can better improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and improve the role of ECG significantly improve patient quality of life.
