Abstract
The integration of teacher education and primary educational curriculum reform is the direction of educational development. The aim of integration is to improve students' learning outcomes through the integration of teacher education and the innovation of teacher culture. In the context of new curriculum reform, for the integration we should build cooperative social environment, construct learning school environment and develop the experimental lessons of curriculum and instruction theories.
