Abstract
Ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic methods are adopted to extract polysaccharides from Enteromorpha prolifera.Based on single factor experiment results, orthogonal test L 9(34) is applied to optimize the extraction conditions. The results show that the optimum extraction conditions are as follows: ultrasonic time 20 min, ratio of material to water 1∶ 50,hydrolysis temperature 50 ℃,enzyme concentration 3%.Under the optimized conditions, the extraction rate reaches 16.83%,which is higher than that of traditional hot water extraction, and the extraction time is significantly reduced. The optimized conditions can be used for the extraction of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharides.
