Shenlingbaizhu San and Zhaqupingwei Powder Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

Abstract
[Objective]To observe the Shenlingbaizhu San and zhaqupingwei powder combined with western medicine treatment of chronic gastritis.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,68 patients were in divided into two groups,control group 34 cases of esomeprazole 20mg/,2 /d,oral. The colloidal bismuth subcitrate 240mg/ times,2 /d,oral. ③ clarithromycin 500mg/,2 /d,oral. The amoxicillin 1000mg/,2 times /d,oral. The treatment group of 34 cases of Shenlingbaizhu San and zhaqupingwei powder(Renshen,Fuling,Chenpi,Lianzi,Jiegeng,Sharen,Shenqu,Houbu,Zhigancao each 15g,Baishu,Baibiandou,Shanyao,Dazao,Yiyiren,Jiaoshanzha each 30g),1 doses of /d,water simmer in water 200mL,sooner or later oral.Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,Hp negative rate,adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group cured 18 cases,effective in 11 cases,effective 3 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 94.12%,Hp negative rate was 94.12%. The control group cured 12 cases,effective in 9 cases,effective 5 cases,invalid 8 cases,the total efficiency of 76.47%,Hp negative rate was 87.50%. The treatment group was better than control group(P 0.05). Hp negative rate in the treatment group than the control group(P 0.01).[Conclusion]Shenlingbaizhu San and zhaqupingwei powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis effect is significant,worthy of popularization.
