Abstract

[Objective]To observe the effect of hepatitis combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,70 patients were numbered according to the order of treatment were divided into two groups. A control group of 35 patients with lamivudine tablets100mg/,1 times /d,oral;Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection 150mg/,1 /d,oral;vitamin C500mg/,1 /d,oral;glucose injection 250mL/,1 /d,intravenous drip. The treatment group of 35 cases by self-made hepatitis(Chaihu,Baishu,Yujin,Xiangfu,Danggui each 15g,Baishao,Dansheng,Baijiangcao,Huangqi,Fuling each 20g,Sheshecao 30g,Gancao 5g)1 doses of /d,water simmer in water 100mL,sooner or later oral.Western medicine treatment with the control group. Observation of clinical symptoms, liver function index, adverse reaction, continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. Of the 70 patients were followed up for1 ~ 3 years,Fu Yang rate observation.[Results]The treatment group cured 22 cases, effective 11 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 94.28%. The control group cured 16 cases, effective 12 cases, invalid 7cases,the total efficiency of 80%. The treatment group was better than control group(P 0.05),two groups of liver function indexes were improved(P 0.01),the treatment group than the control group(P 0.01). 70patients were followed up for 1 ~ 3 years,15 cases of the control group after Yang(42.9%),while the treatment group 4 cases(11.4%)complex Yang,Fu Yang treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P=0.001 0.01).[Conclusion]With hepatitis recipe combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B effect is significant, worthy of popularization.
