Analyzing Monopoly in Anti-monopoly Law from the Angle of Economics and the Inspiration for China

Abstract

Monopoly is a legal as well as a complex economic issue.The author analyses the effect of economics in antimonopoly law in this article,and at the same time defines some concepts such as mild monopoly.The article not only points out that mild monopoly will appear as monopoly harmonized with efficient competition,but also inspires us in legislation of monopoly in our country.
