The Current Situation of Monopoly and The Guide of The Anti-monopoly Law in China

Abstract
In the paper, the current situation of monopoly is firstly discussed. It is pointed out that the monopoly in the economic life displays economic monopoly and administrative monopoly and the latter is especially universal. Then the guide of the anti-monopoly law is stated according to the characters of the current monopoly and the relation of monopoly and resource allocation.
