Abstract

The innovative value chain is the organic unity of the concept of innovation and the value chain.It emphasizes that all units of the value chain coordinate to increase in value and optimize the system so as to realize the whole innovative benefits.The innovative value chain has some characters,such as exteriority of knowledge innovation,high risks and dissymmetry of information,etc..Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions of the related measures and policies for the innovative value chain to operate effectively.
