Buchang Naoxintong joint buflomedil treatment of vascular dementia clinical observation

Objective :To observe the Buchang Naoxintong joint buflomedil treatment of vascular dementia effect. Method: From In-patient or out-patient department's 68 patients with vascular dementia patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 36 cases, 32 cases of the control group, were taking buflomedil hydrochloride sustained-release tablets, the treatment group plus Buchang Naoxintong Capsules. for two months. Mini-Mental State Examination -Recorded(MMSE-R), Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS), Blessed Behavior Scale (BBS), Scale of differentiation of Syndromes of vascular dementia (SDSVD) of integral value changes. Results: The treatment group in cognitive function, memory, life and social capacity, TCM Syndrome integral effect of all aspects were better than the control group, there were significant differences (P0.05). Conclusion: The Buchang Naoxintong joint buflomedil treatment of vascular dementia, the effect is better than buflomedil.
