Abstract
objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Naoxintong combined with nimodipine on vascular dementia. Methods Ninety cases with vascular dementia were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Naoxintong combined with nimodipine was given to observation group, nimodipine was used to control group. Change of cognition disorders and activity of daily living was observed before and after treatment. Results The scores of Mini-mental state examination and activity of daily living in observation group after treatment compared with control group, there was statistically significant difference (P 0.05); The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group, there was statistically significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion Naoxintong combined with nimodipine can improve the cognition and activity of daily living, the clinical efficacy is significant.
