Bservation of effect of Buchang Naoxintong Capsule on senile cerebral infarction patients' cognitive function improvement

Objective To observe the effect of Buchang Naoxintong Capsule on senile cerebral infarction patients' cognitive function improvement.Methods 46 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group in the control group on the basis of the treatment to Buchang Naoxintong,controls in the control of blood pressure,blood lipid,blood sugar to be based on oxiracetam capsules,nimodipine tablets,aspirin and other drugs,and nervous function defect before and after treatment and daily life assessment.Results After treatment,group therapy in neurological function score and ability of daily living score than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Effect of Buchang Naoxintong capsule can improve the cerebral infarction in the elderly patients with neurological deficits,improve their ability of daily life.
