Abstract

Objective:To study the inhibiting-tumor effect of Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis in Diaphragm combined with Cyclophosphamide(CTX) on Hca-f liver cancer mice and its mechanism.Method:Under sterile conditions, collect ascites of each Hca-f liver cancer mouse, dilute with normal saline, adjust the cell concentration of 2×107 tumor cells/mL,and inoculate 0.2 mL in each mouse in the right axilla skin. After 24 h the mice were randomly divided into model group,CTX group, the Chinese medicine group,Chinese medicine and CTX group, ten mice in each group.Eight days after administration the mice were killed, stripped and weighed tumor to calculate inhibitory rate of tumor.Observe morphological changes of tumor cells under light microscope and apoptotic bodies under electron microscope.Result:Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis in Diaphragm combined with Cyclophosphamide could effectively induce apoptosis of tumor cells, and the inhibitory rate of tumor reached 47.75%.Conclusion:Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis in Diaphragm combined with Cyclophosphamide has marked effect on inhibiting tumor growth of Hca-f Hca-f liver cancer mouse, and the possible mechanism is to induce apoptosis of tumor cells.
