Abstract

Objective Observed the clinical efficacy and safety of insulin pump continuous subcutaneous infusion in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The patients in poor control of blood glucose were chosen in our hospital, who were randomly divided into the therapy group of 80 cases treated with insulin pump, and the control group of 80 cases using the traditional method of multiple subcutaneous insulin infusion, the therapeutic efficacy and safety were evaluated in the patients of the two groups. Results The fasting and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, blood sugar compliance days, insulin dosage and the occurrence of low blood sugar of CSⅡwere better than MSⅡgroup, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Enhanced insulin pump therapy in patients with blood sugar steady and ideal control, reduction of night and dawn phenomenon of low blood sugar, blood sugar compliance to reduce the number of days, insulin therapy was an effective way.
