Abstract
Objective:To discuss the The correlation of serum uric acid,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and homocysteine in the senile patients with CHD.Methods:Collect 95patients with CHD,which include 29patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP),32patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP)and 34patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),based on the diagnostic criteria of the World Health Organization in 1979.45healthy individuals were chosen as normal control group. To measure the serum homocysteine uric acid and hs-CRP levels in different groups respectively, then compare them between the group with CHD and the normal control group,so did in group with SAP,group with UAP and group with AMI.We can analyze the date by statistical software. Results:The Levels of serum UA,hsCRP and HCY in group with CHD were significantly higher than the normal control group(P0.05).Increasing with the severity of CHD,the contents of UA,hs-CRP and HCY were significantly increase in the group with SAP,UAP and AMI.Addition, the concentration of UA was positively correlated with HCY.Conclusion:Levels of serum UA,hsCRP and HCY in CHD patients were higher than normal control group. Also,if the seriousness of CHD is different, the levels of serum UA,hs-CRP and HCY were different two, prompting UA,hs-CRP and HCY may be risk factors for CHD.In summary,it plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment of CHD.
