Abstract
Objective To evaluate and compare the reliability of diagnosis of cerebral artery stenosis by 128-row spiral CT angiography and 3.0T magnetic resonance angiography(MRA).Methods CTA,MRA and DSA findings in patients with cerebral artery stenosis by stent angioplasty were retrospectively analyzed. Results Compared with MRA,CTA had higher accuracy rate to diagnose cerebral artery stenosis, and the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate was lower, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Reliability of CTA and MRA diagnosis for cerebral artery stenosis is very high, and can be chosen depending on the circumstances.
