In view of the product liability law for certain deficiencies, make recommendations and response, such as the development of an independent special law as a civil law of product liability law; clear the meaning of products, reasonable definition of the range of products; improve product standards and scope of the defects identified ; further define the main responsibilities of product liability; clear attribution of responsibility seller principle; improve the product liability defense reasons (exception condition); perfect system of product liability damages; to constantly improve our product liability legal system, better to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
