Research on Product Defect Standard in Light of Jurisprudence

In the law field it's well admitted that product liability is a kind of tortuous liability based on product defects.However jurist focus too much on the discussion whether liability for fault or strict liability should be applied to the product liability principal,but has little concern on the standards of products defects of the core part.Here on the basis of defining the principle of product liability,the paper puts forward some ideas of improving product defects standard in the method of economic analysis,in order to perfect the product liability principle in our country.
